Early Birthday

Aunt Tami brought Sierra her birthday present early this year! Everyone knows Aunt Tami LOVES Mickey Mouse. Well, she is hoping to help Sierra develop a love for Mickey, although, maybe not quite as strong.

Sierra loves her new toy. She walked behind it, rode on it, and just played with it for hours!

Wow! Sierra LOVES ravioli! This was an experiment and boy did I learn from it! She loves it, it turns her orange. (can't wait to see the end result! ) Of course we had to take a bath right after!

Swim Day

Well, summer is here and Sierra LOVES to be outside (as long as the sun is not too bright! :) We have just a little backyard and deck, but this pool fits nicely in it! Hopefully, we will have a summer full of swimming and sun!

Play Day

Sierra loves her cousin Ayden! Ayden was born just 5 months before Sierra. He lives just down the road, which makes play days fun and easy! :) We are eagerly awaiting summer so that we can play in the blow up pool outside! But for now, the playhouse inside will have to work.

We bought Todd a new truck this month. His old one was dying a slow painful death. The A/C had gone out and summer is approaching. Plus, his old truck didn't have a place for a car seat. That is not an option any more! We LOVE Todd's new truck, especially Sierra. She can ride in her car seat and turn her head to see her daddy driving. It is so sweet! He had the windows tinted in back so the sun wouldn't bother Sierra like it does in Mommy's car! ;0) Needless to say, we are happy with the purchase!

Sierra's first Easter

Sierra's first Easter was the best holiday yet! She understood so much more today than she did at Christmas. When I picked her up from her crib she saw her Easter Basket on the table. She was not interested in her bottle, she wanted to see what was in the basket!! I put it on the floor for her to dig through. Todd and I watched as she pulled and played with the objects inside! My two favorite things were the stuffed puppy dog and the hat, but she also got her first chocolate bunny. We will see if she gets to eat it! :)

We celebrated Christmas a little late with the Wright family. Poor Russell and Shireen were on their way to Louisiana when we all decided Sierra and I were too sick to participate in Christmas and what fun is Christmas without the baby? We celebrated Sierra's first Christmas with the Wrights in January! It was great time with our growing family.
